RSA Insurance appoints Tom Argentieri as Chief Distribution Officer UK & Europe, RSA Specialty Lines

RSA Insurance, an Intact company, has today announced the appointment of Tom Argentieri as Chief Distribution Officer, UK & Europe, Specialty Lines. Based in London, Tom will report directly to Nadia Côté, CEO Europe and Head of Specialty Lines UK, and will be responsible for driving the distribution strategy and supporting profitable growth across both regions.

In this newly created role, Tom will lead efforts to strengthen broker relationships and deliver a cohesive, integrated market approach for customers, brokers, and partners across the UK and Europe.

Tom joins RSA from Allianz, bringing over 15 years of experience in the Global Specialty and London markets. His background includes expertise in risk and international management, as well as MGA development. Most recently, he served as Head of Marine Hull, Regional Unit London, where he led a team of underwriters focused on delivering value to clients and brokers.
